Popular Garments is tucked away in the Garia Station Bazar area, specifically on Gangajoara Main Road near Panchpota. It’s a busy part of the market, so there’s always noise and people walking by. We keep a variety of clothes in stock for whoever stops in while they’re doing their regular shopping. The shop isn’t huge, but we pack a lot onto the shelves. Most days it’s just about helping someone find a shirt or a pair of pants that fits right without too much fuss. Being near the station means we see a lot of commuters and locals passing through every single day. We’ve been at this spot for a good while, so we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the bazar. It gets crowded during the festive seasons, and we end up moving boxes around just to make space for everyone to stand. We don’t really do anything flashy. It’s just a place to buy decent clothes at a fair price. Sometimes the stock changes based on what’s available, so you never really know what’s on the racks from week to week. We try to keep things simple and just focus on getting the shop open and the lights on every morning.
