Our office is located at 60/5 on Garfa Main Road, which is a pretty lively part of Kolkata. If you know the area, you know how the buses and rickshaws are always zooming past. It’s a bit noisy, but we like the energy. We spend our days looking at resumes and talking to people who are looking for jobs. It’s a lot of phone calls and emails, honestly. The space inside is mostly just desks and some chairs for people who come in for a chat. It isn’t very big, and it can get a little messy with all the paperwork piled up, but we know where everything is. Finding the right person for a job is harder than it sounds, so we’re usually pretty focused on our screens. Sometimes we take a break and go out for a quick snack at one of the stalls nearby.
