Bangur Avenue is a busy part of Kolkata. We are over here on Jessore Road at A 20. It's a pretty lively neighborhood, honestly. There's always something happening outside the door. Most of our regulars live right around here or they work in the shops nearby. We started this place because we wanted to be part of the local scene. It’s not a huge space, but it works for what we need. You might have to wait a bit if it's peak hours since Jessore Road gets so crowded. We don’t really do fancy stuff. The tables are simple and the menu is just what people like to eat every day. Sometimes the delivery guys are rushing in and out, making the place feel even smaller. But it's good to be busy. We’ve seen the area change quite a bit over the years. New shops come and go, but we’re still here at the same spot. It’s a lot of work keeping things going, especially in a city like Kolkata where everything moves so fast. We just focus on getting through the day and making sure the food is ready when people walk in. It’s a family-style vibe here, even if we aren’t all related. Just people working together on Bangur Avenue. Some days are loud, some are a bit slower, but that's just how the neighborhood works for us.
