Pathfinder Consulting is based in Lake Town, Kolkata. If you know the area, it’s a pretty nice part of the city to be in. We’ve been operating from here for a while. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a regular space where we do our consulting work. We talk to people about their careers and help businesses find the right staff for their teams. Kolkata moves at its own pace, and we kind of do too. It’s not about being the fastest, just about getting the job done right. We have a lot of files and a few phone lines that seem to be always ringing. The team here is small. We know each other well. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a big project that needs finishing, but mostly we just stick to our daily routine. There are plenty of tea shops nearby, which is good because we drink a lot of it while we work. We don't use a lot of corporate jargon or big buzzwords. We just speak plainly with the people who walk through our door. It’s a lot of listening and trying to understand what someone really needs from a job. Lake Town is a good spot, easy enough for people to find us without getting lost. We’re just a bunch of folks trying to make the hiring process a bit easier for everyone involved. No frills, just steady work every day for the people in our city.
