Suvo Shakti Export & Import Ltd.

You can find us over at No. 4 Chowringhee Road. We are inside the Diamond Chamber building on the 4th floor, specifically in Blocks 3 and 4 near Park Street. It’s a very central location, so there is always something going on outside. Suvo Shakti Export & Import Ltd. has been operating from this office for some time now. The building is old but it has a lot of character, and we like being near the heart of the city. Our space is usually filled with the sound of keyboards and people talking on their mobiles. We deal with both exports and imports, so there is always a lot of paperwork to keep track of. It’s a lot of responsibility making sure things move across borders without too much trouble. We have our fair share of long afternoons where we’re just waiting for a confirmation from a port or a warehouse. The lift in the building can be a bit slow sometimes, so we’ve learned to be patient. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our work properly. Most of us have been working together for years, so we have a good understanding of how things should run. We take our lunch breaks together when we can. It’s a steady job and we try to keep things as straightforward as possible for everyone we work with.
