Overseas Information Technology

We’ve been sitting here in Baghajatin for a while now. Overseas Information Technology is just a small setup near Regent Estate, really. We handle a lot of computer stuff and IT work that people in the neighborhood or nearby businesses need help with. It’s not a big fancy office with glass walls, just a regular place at I/5 where we get things done. Some days it’s quiet, other days we’re swamped with technical issues or software setups that need sorting out. We’ve seen the area change quite a bit over the years. Being in Kolkata, you get used to the pace of things. We don't really do big speeches or anything. If someone has a problem with their systems or needs some tech advice, they just come by or give us a shout. It’s mostly about keeping things running. The guys here know their way around a server or a messy bit of code. We try to keep things straightforward. No one likes talking in circles when their tech isn’t working right. The Baghajatin area is home for us, so we just focus on doing our bit from this little corner of West Bengal. It’s hard work sometimes, especially when the power goes or the internet acts up, but that’s just how it is. We keep our tools ready and just take it one day at a time, making sure the job is done before we head home for the evening. There isn't much more to it than that.
