The name is a bit of a mouthful, but it basically tells you what we do. We help people find jobs and help companies find workers. Our office isn't anything fancy, just a few rooms filled with desks and files. It gets pretty loud on the street outside, but inside we’re usually busy interviewing people or talking on the phone. Being in Bhowanipur is convenient because it's a central spot, even if parking is a nightmare sometimes. We aren't a big corporate chain with polished scripts. We just talk to people like normal human beings and try to see if they’d be a good fit for the roles we have open. Some days we have a lot of candidates coming in, and other days it’s mostly digital work.
