Our spot is at 11/1 Ritchie Road in Kolkata. It’s a nice part of the city with a lot of old charm and big trees lining the streets. The building we are in has been around for a while. Inside, it’s mostly just a few rooms filled with computers and wires. We do a lot of technical work here, so it’s usually pretty quiet except for the clicking of keyboards. We don't have a big sign or any flashy lights outside. If you weren't looking for the number, you might just walk right past us. The rooms have high ceilings which makes it feel bigger than it actually is. We have a small pantry where we make tea and sometimes share some snacks in the afternoon. It’s a relaxed environment. We don't wear suits or anything like that; we just come in and do what needs to be done. Sometimes the internet goes down and we all just sit around talking until it comes back up. It’s a very human way to run a business. We like being on Ritchie Road because it’s central but doesn't feel as chaotic as the main markets. It’s a good place for thinking and working on projects without too many distractions. Just a regular office with regular people trying to do their best with the tools we have and the time we have each day.
