Down 16/2 Baguiati 2nd Lane in Kolkata, you’ll find us. It is a bit of a maze getting through the lanes here if you aren’t from around this part of the city. Our office is part of the local landscape now. Nicco Ventures Limited is what’s written on our stationery, but to the folks working here, it’s just the office down the lane. The building is older, and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it feels like home to us. We’ve got a small tea stall nearby where we all go for our afternoon breaks. The work we do isn't always exciting, but it keeps us busy. We have a few desks, some computers that take a while to boot up, and a lot of files. It gets quite noisy when the neighborhood kids are playing outside or when the local festivities start up. We don’t have a fancy reception or a person in a suit waiting at the door. You just walk in and talk to whoever is free. It’s a very local way of doing things. We don't bother with big marketing talk or trying to sound more important than we are. We are just a group of people in Kolkata trying to get through the daily pile of work. It’s practical and it’s real, and that’s just how we like to keep it. We have been here for years and hope to stay for many more.
