Nicco Engineering Services Ltd

We are located at Nicco House, which is right at 2 Hare Street. This part of the city has a lot of history, and you can see it in the architecture of the buildings around us. Our office has those high ceilings that you don't really find in the newer developments. It feels solid and a bit old-fashioned, which suits the way we work. There are large windows that let in a good amount of light, but they also let in the sounds of the street below. We have rows of desks where people sit and handle the service side of things. It is a busy atmosphere, but not in a forced way. People move around, talk about the technical issues they are solving, and grab files from the old metal cabinets. We don't have a lot of modern decorations or motivational posters on the walls. The focus is always on the engineering services we provide. Sometimes the floors creak when you walk across the room, but that’s just part of being in an older building like Nicco House. We have a routine that we follow, starting early and staying until the work is finished. It is a practical place where experience matters more than looking trendy. We just show up every day and deal with whatever engineering challenges are on the schedule, keeping things straightforward and honest for everyone who walks through the door.
