New Famous Achar

New Famous Achar is located at 51/1B on Pottery Road in Kolkata. If you know this part of the city, you know it’s always lively. We have been here in West Bengal making our products for quite some time. The smell of spices is always around our place. It’s a small shop but we use every inch of the space we have. Most of our day is spent cleaning, cutting, and mixing things together. We don't have a big corporate office. Our work happens right here on Pottery Road. It can get very hot in the kitchen during the summer months, but that is part of the job. We don't do much advertising. People usually find out about us from their friends or family. We like it that way because it feels more personal. We are just a small group of people working hard. There’s always a jar to fill or a label to stick on. We don't use any fancy machinery, just the traditional ways we've always known. Sometimes the traffic on the road makes deliveries a bit slow, but we just wait it out. It's just a normal business in a busy city. We focus on what we are doing and try to stay out of the way. If you are ever walking down Pottery Road, you will probably smell the spices before you even see our door. It is hard work but we enjoy it.
