Daiya Company

At Daiya Company, we occupy Room No. 251 on the 2nd floor of the building at No. 89 Netaji Subhash Road. Walking up those stairs every morning is definitely one way to wake up, especially when it’s humid out. The office isn't massive, but it fits our desks and the old filing cabinets that have been there since before I started. Looking out the window, you can see the constant stream of people on Netaji Subhash Road. It’s a busy part of town, which is good for being in the middle of things. Inside, the walls are covered with some old calendars and a few charts we use to track our daily tasks. We spend a lot of time typing away on our computers or talking to each other across the room. There is always a stack of mail waiting to be sorted on the front table. We don't have any flashy signs or high-tech gadgets, just the basic stuff we need to run Daiya Company. Some of the floorboards creak when you walk near the window, but we’re used to it. It’s a quiet enough place to work once you get settled in for the day. Most of our visitors are people we’ve known for years. We just keep our heads down and handle the daily grind without making a big fuss about it. It’s a solid little spot on the second floor where we get things handled.
