Our office is located at 3/19, Shanti Palli in Manughat. It’s a small corner of the world, but it’s where Nbct Skill Development Private Limited calls home. We’ve been working out of this Ltv area for a bit, focusing on helping people pick up new skills. The space is pretty functional. We have a few rooms set up for different types of practical work. It’s not the kind of place that looks impressive in a brochure. It’s more of a workshop feel than a corporate office. There is usually a bit of dust and the sound of people talking over their work. We don't have a lot of fancy titles or a strict hierarchy here. Everyone just chips in where they are needed. Sometimes we are teaching, other times we are fixing the equipment or cleaning up. We get a lot of local folks coming in who want to better their chances at finding a job. We don’t make big promises. We just show them how to do the work. The neighborhood is friendly, and we often have neighbors stopping by just to say hello. It’s a humble setup, but we manage to get things done. We keep our schedules simple and our overhead low so we can stay open for the people who actually need these skills.
