We spend most days here at 2, Turner Road. It's a busy part of Cossipore where something is always happening. Being Navkaar Ventures & Engineers Pvt. Ltd. means we handle a lot of technical stuff every single day. People come in with different plans or just an idea of what they need fixed. We look at them and figure out what can be done. Some days are loud with the sound of machines and metal. It’s an older building, but it works for us and has plenty of space for the equipment. We've been in this part of Cossipore for quite a while now. The team is just a few guys who know their way around engineering and don't mind getting their hands dirty. We don't do anything fancy, just the work that needs doing. Sometimes the traffic on Turner Road makes getting parts delivered a bit slow, but we've learned to plan around that. It’s not a shiny corporate office. There’s dust on the desks and oil marks on the floor. That's just how real engineering shops look. We stay busy with local projects from around the neighborhood. Most of our neighbors know us by now and stop by just to say hello. We don't have a big flashing sign or a huge marketing budget. Just the name painted on the door. It's practical work for practical people. We usually start very early in the morning before the sun gets too high and the heat makes the workshop too warm.
