M.N. Dastur & Company (P) Ltd. is located at P-17 on Mission Row Extension. This is one of those parts of the city that feels like it hasn’t changed much in decades. The buildings here are old and have a lot of history to them. Our office is the same way. We have high ceilings and the kind of heavy doors you don't see in new buildings. We do engineering and consulting work. It is a lot of technical stuff that requires us to be very careful with the details. We aren't a trendy new startup with bean bags and coffee machines. We are a more traditional place where people sit at their desks and focus on their calculations. Many of us have worked here for a very long time, so we are like a small community. The area around Mission Row is always humming with activity. There are tea sellers and food stalls just around the corner. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy website to show off. We just do the work we were hired to do. Some days the office is very quiet while everyone is focused, and other days it’s a bit chaotic with meetings and phone calls. We just take it as it comes. It’s a solid place to work and we’re proud to be in such a historic part of town.
