Minit Meals

Minit Meals is based at 200/2-A Rash Behari Avenue. It’s a busy part of the city, and our building is right in the thick of it. We spend our time putting together meals that are supposed to be quick and easy for people. The kitchen and the packing area are where most of the action happens. The office part is just a few desks squeezed into the remaining space. It’s often a bit chaotic, with people coming in and out and delivery bikes waiting outside. We don't have a big corporate structure. It’s more like a large family running the place. We talk a lot, sometimes we argue, but we get the meals out. We started this because we saw a need for something simple and fast. We don't use any fancy marketing tricks. We just hope the food is good enough that people come back. Being on Rash Behari Avenue means there’s always something going on outside. The noise from the street never really stops. We’ve grown a bit since we started, but we still feel like a small local business. We don't have a polished image. Sometimes the labels on the boxes are a little crooked, but the food inside is what matters. We just keep plugging away, day after day, trying to keep up with the orders. It’s a lot of work and our aprons are usually stained by the end of the day, but that is just part of the job. We enjoy being here in this neighborhood.
