Maxtech Systems

Our office is located at P-227, CIT Scheme VII-M, in the Purbodyan Co-operative building. It’s actually Flat-B/7, so it feels more like a home than a big corporate space. Kolkata-700054 is a pretty quiet area compared to the city center, which we actually prefer. When you walk into the flat, you’ll see it’s filled with computers and systems we’re working on. We’ve set up our desks where the living room and bedrooms used to be. It makes for a bit of a cramped but cozy atmosphere. The neighbors are used to us by now, even though we have people coming and going throughout the day. We spend a lot of time troubleshooting and fixing various system issues. Sometimes we sit on the balcony for a few minutes just to get some fresh air and watch the cars go by. It’s not a fancy glass-and-steel building, but it works for what we need. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that; it’s mostly just us handling the technical side of things. We usually have the radio playing in the background while we work. Lunchtime is when things get a bit loud as we all stop to eat together. It’s a very local way of doing things. We just try to stay on top of the work and make sure our clients are taken care of without any big fuss.
