J. D. Impex Kolkata

J. D. Impex Kolkata is based out of 181- A Vivekananda Road in the Matkall area. It’s a lively neighborhood to work in. Our office is right there on the main road, so we get to see everything that’s happening outside. The space we have is a bit narrow, but it goes back quite a way. We have it set up with our desks and a small area for storing some of the smaller items we deal with. Being an impex business, we are constantly juggling the importing and exporting sides of the operation. There is always a container arriving or a shipment leaving, so the phone is usually busy. Vivekananda Road is a major route, so the traffic can be quite something during rush hour. We’ve learned to plan our errands around the busiest times of the day. The office has a very practical feel to it. We aren't worried about looking fancy for anyone; we just want to make sure the invoices are correct and the goods are moving. There’s a lot of dusty files and old ledgers around, but we know where everything is. It’s a good spot for us, and the people in Matkall are generally friendly. We just keep to our routine and handle the daily business of trade as it comes our way.
