We've been at Marshall House on N. S. Road for a while now. It's a busy spot, number 634 specifically. Most days start with sorting through paperwork and making sure the boxes are ready to go. The street outside is always noisy, which is just part of working here. We handle a lot of different things coming in and out. It isn't always pretty, and the office can get a bit crowded with all the files stacked up, but we know where everything is. People ask why we stay in such a hectic area, but it's where the action is. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers. Sometimes things get delayed, and we have to figure out a fix on the fly. That’s just the nature of the business. We don't have a big fancy reception area or anything like that. Just some desks, a few computers, and a lot of work to get through before the day ends. The stairs up to the office are a bit steep, so we usually just stay put once we get here in the morning. We've seen neighbors come and go over the years while we just keep doing our thing. It's a lot of coordination and making sure the details are right so nobody gets a surprise later on. We just try to keep things moving. There is always a pile of documents to sign and drivers waiting for instructions in the hallway. It keeps us on our toes.
