Manvardini Imports Llp is located right in the middle of Kolkata at Poddar Point. We are on the 6th floor of 113 Park Street. If you know Kolkata, you know Park Street is one of the most famous roads in the city. It’s always crowded and there is a lot of history there. Being in a big building like Poddar Point means we are surrounded by other offices, but we just stay in our own space on the 6th floor. We do importing, which sounds more exciting than it actually is. Most of the time it is just looking at spreadsheets and waiting for shipments to arrive at the port. We have to deal with a lot of different people and sometimes things get delayed, but that’s just how it goes. The office is decent, but nothing too fancy. We have a view of the city from the window, which is nice when you need a break from the screen. We aren’t some huge international firm with thousands of employees. We are a small team that handles everything ourselves. We like being on Park Street because it’s easy for people to find us, even if parking is a nightmare. Every day we come in, check the emails, and try to get our work finished by the evening. It’s a regular job in a busy city. We’ve been at this address for some time and it feels like home now.
