Our office is located at BBT Road in Maheshtala, specifically at the place of Rajesh Roy. This is our Kolkata-142 branch, and it is a busy little spot. We are right on the main road, so there is a constant stream of trucks and buses passing by, which can be quite loud. Our work is all about manpower, helping people find jobs and helping companies find the right workers. We have a lot of people coming in to leave their resumes or ask about current openings. The office is simple, with just the basic furniture and a few fans to keep the air moving. It can get quite dusty because of all the traffic on BBT Road, so we are always wiping down the desks. We have a small group of staff who handle the paperwork and talk to the candidates. It is a practical environment where we don't worry about looking fancy. We just want to make sure people get placed in jobs where they can work hard. Maheshtala is an industrial kind of area, so there is always a demand for workers. We spend our days matching people to these roles and making sure all the IDs and documents are in order. It is a lot of routine work, but seeing someone get a job makes it feel like it is worth the effort we put in every day.
