Majumder Pharmaceuticals

Up on the first floor of a building on Santoshpur Avenue, you'll find Majumder Pharmaceuticals. It's a nice enough area, mostly residential but with enough local shops around to keep it lively. Since we are on the first floor, you have to walk up the concrete stairs to get to us. We’ve been in Santoshpur for a while and we really like the pace of things around here. It’s not as crazy as the city center, but it’s still active enough. Our office is fairly basic and functional. We have some metal desks, some tall shelves for all our files, and a few wooden chairs for visitors to sit in. It’s not the kind of place that’s meant to look impressive for a photo. It’s just where we do our work. We spend our hours talking on the phone, writing things down in ledgers, and keeping track of our inventory. The light comes in nicely through the windows in the afternoon, which makes the room feel a bit better. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who know the routine inside and out. We aren't trying to change the whole world, we just want to do our job correctly and go home to our families at night. Most of our neighbors are friendly and we see the same familiar faces every single day. It feels like a real community. We keep things simple because that’s what we know.
