Magnolia Infrastructure Development Ltd. is located at No-93 on Suresh Chandra Banerjee Road. It is a solid old building and we have been based here for quite a while. The road outside can get extremely hectic with trucks and cars passing by, but inside the office, it is mostly just the sound of us getting our work done. We do infrastructure work, which means we are involved in some of the larger projects around the city. It is not just about small houses; it is more about the main bones of the area. Our office is filled with heavy binders and many rolled-up plans. We do not have a fancy lobby with a big desk. You just walk in and someone will be there working. We spend a lot of time talking to contractors and going out to check on how the sites are progressing. It involves a lot of coordination to make sure things are moving the way they should. Sometimes there are delays with the materials or the weather makes things difficult, but we just deal with those issues as they come. It is a very practical business. We have a small crew that understands how things actually work on the ground. We do not do big presentations with flashing lights. We just show the plans and explain the progress.
