Madan Dairy Hut (Opc) Private Limited

Madan Dairy Hut is located at 297E/2 on Motilal Gupta Road, and it’s basically what the name says—a small place for dairy. I’ve been working here for a while, and the routine is pretty much the same every day. We open up early when the air is still a bit cool. The road outside can get quite congested with rickshaws and people heading to work. Our space isn't very large, so we have to be careful about where we stack things. It’s just me and a couple of other guys mostly. We don’t have a big marketing budget or anything like that; people usually find us just by walking past or living in the neighborhood. We handle the milk and other dairy items as they come in. Sometimes the power goes out, and then we are all rushing to make sure things don’t spoil. That’s the most stressful part of the job. Otherwise, it’s just talking to the regular customers who stop by. We know most of them by name now. It’s a simple life. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, and the desk is a bit wobbly, but it doesn't stop us from getting the work done. We are just a local dairy hut trying to provide something useful to the people living on this road. We have no big plans for the future, just the daily work.
