Middle Road is where you will find us, specifically at number 36 C. It's a decent area of Kolkata, and our office fits right in with the other buildings on the street. M N Dastur Co P Ltd has been at this address for a while now. It’s not a huge place, just enough room for the team to sit comfortably and get through the day's tasks. We handle a lot of the technical side of the company’s business here. That means many hours spent looking at blueprints and checking over figures. It’s the kind of work that requires a lot of patience. The office is a bit of a mix of old and new. We have some modern computers but the filing cabinets are definitely from another era. We like it that way because it feels familiar. There isn't any fancy corporate talk here. If something is broken, we fix it. If a deadline is coming up, we stay a bit later to finish. The tea break is a ritual we never skip, usually around four in the afternoon when the energy starts to dip. We get along well, mostly because we don't take things too seriously except for the work itself. We’re just a bunch of people doing our jobs on Middle Road, keeping things moving along without making a big fuss about it. We have been here for years and hope to be here for many more because we like the neighborhood.
