M N Dastur And Co Pvt Ltd is located in Madhyamgram at Shweat Bhawan on the Main Road. We are in the Subhaspally area, which is a bit of a trek from the main part of Kolkata, but it has its own charm. The building is owned by Sulekha Das, and we share the space with a few other local businesses. Our office is pretty plain, with white walls and a few simple desks that we have had for a long time. There is nothing fancy about it—no big signs or glossy brochures on a coffee table. In fact, we don't even have a coffee table. We just have our workstations and a lot of files. The area around us is usually very busy with the local market, so there are always plenty of places to grab a quick snack or some tea. We don't have any big slogans or corporate goals that we talk about. We just come in, handle the work that has been assigned to us, and try to stay on top of everything. The commute can be a bit tiring, especially when the trains are late, but we have all grown used to it. It is a very grounded, everyday kind of workplace where people just be themselves and get the job done without any extra fuss or ceremony. We take care of the tasks at hand and don't worry too much about the rest.
