Linkman Engineering Co. Pvt. Ltd. is located up on the 4th floor at 85 Elliot Road. It’s an old building, so the elevator can be a bit slow sometimes, but we’re used to it. Being in this part of town means there is always traffic outside and plenty of noise from the street. Our office isn't very large, just enough space for a few desks and all the drawings we keep tucked away in cabinets. We do a lot of the technical planning here before anything goes out to the sites. It’s mostly just us looking at specs and talking to suppliers on the phone. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when everyone is in the office at the same time, but we make it work. We've been here for years, and the walls are covered in old calendars and notes we’ve forgotten to take down. It’s not one of those modern glass offices you see in magazines. It’s a real working space where we drink a lot of tea and try to stay on top of the paperwork. Sometimes the rainy season makes the windows rattle, but we just keep working through it. We aren’t trying to impress anyone with fancy furniture or expensive rugs. We just focus on the engineering side of things and making sure the numbers add up correctly for the projects we handle. It's just a bunch of us doing what we know how to do.
