M/S, Larsen & Toubro Ltd

We have a small setup here in Pratik Apartment, Flat G1. It is on Purbachal School Road, down the 3rd Lane in Kolkata. Even though the name Larsen & Toubro Ltd is well-known, this specific office is just a local branch for our work in this part of the city. Kolkata is always crowded and noisy, but our lane is a bit more tucked away. Being near a school means you hear the bells and the kids playing at certain times of the day. The office itself is just a regular flat converted for work. We have our files, a few computers, and a small table for meetings. We don't have a receptionist in a uniform. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just opens it. We handle a lot of the local coordination and paperwork here. It is a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. The humidity in West Bengal can be a lot, so we keep the fans going. We aren't here to give you a big corporate pitch. We just manage the projects and the logistics that come through this office. It’s honest, everyday work in a regular Kolkata neighborhood. We take the bus or the metro to get here and we do our best to keep things moving without any extra drama or fancy decorations.
