We have been working out of this spot at Ce 54/12 in Rabindra Nagar for quite a while now. Kolkata is a crowded city and it can get pretty loud outside our doors, but we have gotten used to the noise over the years. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a regular place where we show up every morning, turn on the fans, and get to work. Most of us live nearby so the commute isn't too bad, though the rain can really slow things down in this part of town. We spend our days handling whatever comes across our desks. There is a small tea stall just down the road where we usually go when we need a break from the screen. It is a simple routine and we don’t try to make it sound like more than it is. The building itself is old and has its quirks, like the elevator that sometimes has a mind of its own. We just focus on the tasks at hand and try to keep things organized. It is just a group of people trying to do their jobs well enough to go home on time. We don’t have fancy meetings or big speeches here. We just sit at our desks in Rabindra Nagar and deal with the daily paperwork and phone calls that keep the place running. It works for us and we know the neighborhood well by now.
