Larsen & Toubro Ltd.

We are over at 95, Bansdroni New Govt. Colony. It’s a bit of a quiet area, tucked away near Regent Park. Most of the buildings around here are residential, so our office feels more like a part of the neighborhood than a business hub. We’ve been here at this Bansdroni address for a fair bit of time. The office itself is pretty simple—just a few rooms where we get our work done for Larsen & Toubro Ltd. There’s a small gate at the front and some plants that we try to keep alive. It’s not the kind of place that has a big sign or a fancy lobby. Inside, it’s just us and our desks. We have a small crew, and everyone knows each other pretty well. The atmosphere is relaxed but we stay busy. You can hear the sounds of the colony throughout the day—the vegetable sellers going by or neighbors chatting. It’s a very human place to work. Most of us take the metro or a bus to get here, and it’s a nice walk from the station when the weather isn’t too hot. We don't have many visitors, but when someone does stop by, they usually find us busy with paperwork or on the phone. It’s just a regular office in a regular part of Kolkata. We like the quiet here. It feels honest and grounded, away from the big city noise and the heavy traffic.
