Larsen & Toubro Limited

Subhasgram is where we are based, specifically on Nabatara School Road in the Manashatala area. It’s a lively part of Kolkata. Being so close to a school means we hear the bell ringing and kids playing throughout the day. It actually gives the office a bit of energy. Our Larsen & Toubro Limited office is right in the heart of this neighborhood. The space isn’t very large, but we’ve made it work for us over the years. Most of our time is spent on administrative tasks and handling project requirements. To be honest, it’s a lot of paperwork and looking at computer screens. We have several old ledgers and files that take up quite a bit of room. The street outside can get very crowded when the school day ends. Sometimes it takes a while just to get a rickshaw or clear the gate. The local people are friendly and there are plenty of small stalls nearby if we need a quick snack. The office itself has that old Kolkata feel with high ceilings and heavy doors. It stays relatively cool even during the humid months. Our daily routine involves checking the mail first thing and then getting into the spreadsheets. We don't have anything fancy here, just a group of people doing honest work. We’ve been part of this community for a long time and we like the atmosphere here.
