Larsen & Toubro Limited

Our spot is at D-7 in the Government Housing Estate right on V.I.P Road in Kolkata. Larsen & Toubro Limited has been using this space for a while now. The 700054 area is always moving, especially with all the heavy traffic on V.I.P Road. The building itself is an older government style, so it has that solid, lived-in feel to it. It is not one of those modern glass boxes you see in the newer parts of town. We have old wooden desks and ceiling fans that have been humming for years. Working here feels like being part of the old city. We handle the daily grind without much fuss. There is a lot of paper moving around and people coming in and out with various requests throughout the week. We do not have a big reception area or anything like that. You just walk in and someone will usually look up from their desk to help you out. It is a bit messy sometimes, with files stacked in the corners, but we know where everything is kept. The housing estate has its own rhythm and we see the same people every morning. It is a very local vibe. We are not trying to impress anyone with big words or polished floors. We are just here to do the job we are supposed to do. Sometimes the rain gets quite heavy on V.I.P Road and we just stay inside and keep working until the weather clears up.
