Larsen & Toubro Limited

Our office is up on the 12th floor of Tower 2 in the Godrej Waterside building. It is right in the middle of Salt Lake City, Sector 5, near the College More area. Being in this part of town means we are surrounded by tall buildings and lots of office workers. The 12th floor gives us a view of the city, but we are usually too busy with our computers to look out the window much. Tower 2 is a big place, and it can be a bit confusing to find the right elevator in the morning when everyone is in a rush. We are in Block DP. Inside, it looks like a typical office with rows of desks and people talking on phones or typing away. It gets quite busy during the middle of the day. Salt Lake is a hub for these kinds of offices, so there are always plenty of places to find a quick lunch or a cup of tea nearby. Most of us arrive by bus or the metro and walk from College More. It is a bit of a trek when the weather is hot, but we are used to it by now. We don't have any of those fancy modern office perks like bean bags or game rooms. It is just a practical space where we come to work. We keep the kettle going in the small pantry and try to stay on top of our projects. It is a long day usually, but we get things done without too much trouble.
