Larsen & Toubro Limited

Our branch is situated in the DLF IT Park over in New Town, Rajarhat. We are specifically on the second floor of Tower C in Block AF. It is a very modern area with lots of tall buildings and paved roads, which is quite different from the older parts of the city. Even though we are part of a huge name like Larsen & Toubro Limited, the office here feels like a regular workplace. We have a lot of people working on different projects, mostly sitting at desks with their computers. There are always meetings going on in the small glass rooms and the sound of typing is constant. The atmosphere is professional but we are all just normal people trying to get our tasks finished on time. We spend a lot of time on spreadsheets and project plans. Lunch breaks are usually spent in the canteen or walking around the IT park to get some fresh air. The traffic coming into Rajarhat in the morning can be pretty stressful, so most of us are happy once we finally get to our desks and settle in. We don't have any grand statements to make about what we do. It is just a lot of coordination, phone calls, and technical work. We keep track of many different things at once and try not to let anything slip through the cracks. It is a busy office and there is always something that needs attention.
