Our L&T branch is located in Salt Lake, Kolkata, at Bk-306 in Sector-2. Salt Lake is quite a bit different from the rest of the city because of the blocks and the way things are laid out. We are in the BK block, which is a fairly well-known area. The office is just a regular house-style building that we have converted for our work. It doesn't look like those big IT parks nearby. It feels more personal. We have the usual Kolkata humidity to deal with, and the trees outside our window are a nice touch. There is no corporate polish here. We talk to each other in plain English or Bengali and just get through the pile of work on our desks. Sometimes the traffic in Sector-2 can get a bit much during office hours, but it is manageable. We don't have a fancy website or a PR team writing for us. This is just how we are. We sit at our desks, drink our tea, and handle whatever comes our way. The address is easy to find if you know how the numbering works in Salt Lake. It’s a solid, quiet place to be based. We aren't trying to be the biggest or the loudest; we just want to do our jobs properly and go home. Salt Lake is a good place to work from.
