L&T

Our office for L&T is way up on the 11th Floor of Tower 2. We are located at Dp-5 in Sector V, which is the heart of Salt Lake City. Being in the Godrej Water Side building means we see a lot of people in shirts and ties every morning at the elevators. It’s a pretty tall building and the view out the window shows a lot of the city spreading out. We spend most of our time at our computers or in small meetings. It’s a lot of coordination and planning. Sector V is always moving, and we are just one part of that machine. The air conditioning is usually humming and there’s the constant sound of keyboards. It’s a different world from the construction sites, but it’s where the thinking happens. We have our coffee station and our rows of desks. It isn't exactly cozy, but it’s efficient for what we need to do. Sometimes the commute through Salt Lake is a bit of a headache with the traffic, but we all make it in eventually. We don't really do the whole flashy corporate speech thing. We just have tasks to finish and deadlines that keep us occupied. It’s a steady place to work, and the Godrej building is easy enough for people to find when they come to visit us for meetings.
