Our spot is on Rafi Ahmed Kidwai Road, right in the Dum Dum area of Kolkata. Being at 107 3 means we are right in the middle of the local bustle. At L T Ramboll Consulting Engineers Limited, our daily life is basically just engineering work. There isn’t much to say about us other than we show up, drink some chai, and get to work on our projects. The building isn't new, but it works for what we need. It gets a bit noisy outside with the traffic, especially during the rush hours in Dum Dum. We’ve been here long enough that the local shopkeepers know us by sight. Engineering involves a lot of staring at screens and checking papers, which is what fills our hours. We don’t have a flashy lobby or anything like that. It’s just an office with desks and some old files. Sometimes the monsoon rains make the commute a bit of a mess, but we still make it in. Kolkata 700055 is home for this branch. We aren't doing anything spectacular, just the usual consulting stuff that keeps buildings and systems running. We prefer it quiet inside so we can focus on the math and the diagrams. It's a plain office for plain work. Most of us have been here a few years now, so the routine is pretty set. We like being in this part of the city and having our own little corner to work from.
