Kriti Placement Pvt. Ltd. is based in Noapara, specifically in the Panchanantala area of Sonarpur. We are located care of Murali Mazumdar's place. It’s a local spot in Kolkata that can get quite busy during the day. We’ve been using this space for our operations for quite some time now. It’s not a huge office with glass walls or anything. It’s more of a practical, lived-in space where we can actually get things done. We have a couple of desks and some old cabinets for our files. Sonarpur is a good place to be because it’s connected to the rest of the city, but it still feels like its own neighborhood. We don't really do the whole corporate image thing. We just talk to people like they are our neighbors, because often they are. Our team is small, and we spend most of the day on the phone or working through paperwork. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered, but we know where everything is. We don't have any big slogans or missions. We just try to help people find what they need and keep our own business running. It’s a lot of work, but we enjoy the pace of it. If you’re in Panchanantala, you can usually find us without too much trouble. We are just regular people working out of a regular office in Kolkata.
