Biren Roy Road is a busy spot in Kolkata, and that’s where you’ll find our workshop at 25/2. It’s a place full of metal, tools, and the smell of grease. We’ve been manufacturing equipment here for a long time. It’s not a clean, modern factory like you see in magazines. It’s a real workshop where things get made by hand and machine. We’re often covered in oil by the end of the day. The noise from the machines can be quite loud, so we have to shout sometimes to hear each other. We don't have a fancy marketing team or a polished website. Most of our work comes from people who know what we do and come back when they need something repaired or built. Kolkata is a tough place for logistics sometimes, especially with the narrow streets and the rain. But we’ve figured out how to get our equipment moved. We focus on the engineering side of things and making sure the parts fit. It’s a small team of us here. We don't have corporate meetings; we just stand around the machines and figure out the plan for the day. It’s honest, hard work in the West Bengal heat, and we’ve been doing it at this address for years. Our hands are rarely clean, but the machines we build work well for our customers. We stay late most Fridays to finish the custom parts.
