Kims Engineers Pvt. Ltd. is our engineering firm located at Plot No. 39, Phase-Ii in the Kasba Industrial Estate. We have a solid workshop here where we do all kinds of mechanical and engineering tasks. The estate is a huge place with many different businesses, and we have our own spot where the machines are always running. We don't have a fancy reception area or a polished boardroom. Instead, we have a floor filled with steel, tools, and workbenches. Most of our staff are technicians and engineers who would rather be working on a machine than sitting at a desk. We spend the day solving technical problems and putting together components for our clients. It is a noisy and often messy environment, but that is just the nature of engineering. We focus on the technical details and making sure everything we build is solid. Kasba is a good place for us because we are surrounded by other people who understand industrial work. We don't have any interest in sounding like a big corporation with a lot of slogans. We are just a group of people who enjoy engineering and work hard to get things right. It’s a practical business run by people who know how to use their hands and their heads to build things. We show up every morning, get the machines started, and work until the day’s tasks are completed.
