Kail, A Videocon Group..

Over at 37/12 Santoshpur East Road, you’ll find us. This is the Kail office, and we are part of the Videocon Group. It’s a well-known name, but here on East Road, it’s just a regular workplace. We spend our days dealing with electronics and the parts that go into them. The building isn't brand new, and the street outside can get quite crowded with people and cars. We focus on the distribution and the service side of things mostly. People know Videocon for televisions and fridges, and we are the ones on the ground making sure those things get where they need to go or get fixed if they break. It’s a lot of inventory tracking and checking boxes. We have a small crew here. Everyone knows their job and we don't spend much time talking about business goals or anything like that. We just want to make sure the customers aren't left waiting for their gear. Santoshpur is a good area for this kind of work because it’s easy to reach different parts of the city from here. We’ve been at this address for quite a long time now. The office is filled with the smell of old paper and the sound of fans. It’s just a normal job for us, and we try to do it right without making a big fuss about it.
