K. G. N. International

You can find our office at 37, Royd Street. We are tucked away in Suite No. 10. It is a very busy part of town and there is always something going on outside the window. K. G. N. International deals with a lot of different types of goods, mostly looking at things going out or coming in from overseas. The office itself is not very large, so things can feel a bit cramped when we have a lot of stock samples coming through the door. Royd Street is always full of life and people shouting, which is good for energy but it gets noisy. We spend a lot of our day on the computer checking shipping schedules and sorting out customs documents. It is a lot of boring details that absolutely have to be right or everything gets delayed. We are not a giant company with hundreds of employees. It is just a handful of us here in this room. We know each other's tea and coffee orders by now. Sometimes the internet acts up and we all have to sit around and wait, which is quite frustrating when we are busy. We do not have a flashy website or any big marketing plans. We just do the work as it comes in. Most of our clients have been working with us for many years. They know exactly where to find us in Suite 10. We have a lot of folders. Blue ones are for the exports and red ones are for imports. It is a simple system but it works for us.
