Being in Burrabazar means it is always crowded around here. Jyoti Food Products is right in the middle of all that noise and movement. If you know this area, you know how narrow the lanes can get. We’ve been here for years, dealing with all sorts of food items that go out to different parts of the city. It’s a lot of manual work. Loading and unloading happens all day long. Sometimes it feels like there isn't enough space to move, but we make it work somehow. The history of this place is deep, and we are just one small part of it. We don't have a website or any of that new stuff. People just know where we are. They come in, they place their orders, and we get to work. It’s often hot and dusty, but that is just how Burrabazar is. We have our regular customers who have been coming to us since the beginning. We talk about the weather or the price of goods while we handle the business. There is no need for fancy language when you are working on these streets. We just provide what’s needed and keep things moving. Every morning we open up and start the same routine. It's a tough environment but it's home to us. You won't find any polished floors here, just hard work and food products for the local market.
