Jolly Computer Centre

Jolly Computer Centre is located on the ground floor of the Grace Cinema Building at 91a Mahatma Gandhi Road. Being in Burrabazar means it’s always loud and crowded outside, but that’s just how MG Road is. We’re right there on the ground floor, which makes it easy for people to drop in without having to climb any stairs. The Grace Cinema building is an old landmark, and we’ve been a part of it for a long time. Inside the shop, it’s a bit of a squeeze. We have computers lined up and shelves full of various parts and accessories. It’s not a polished showroom. It feels more like a workshop because that’s exactly what it is. We spend our time fixing machines and helping people who walk in from the street. The light inside is a bit dim, and there’s always the sound of traffic filtering in from the door. We don’t have a fancy reception or a big sign. Most people find us because they know the building or they’ve been coming here for years. Burrabazar is a tough place to work sometimes because of the heat and the noise, but we’re used to it. We just keep doing what we do, one computer at a time. It’s a local business in the heart of the city, and we don't try to be anything else. We just stay busy with the work.
