No. 287 A Rabindra Sarani is where we set up shop. It’s a crowded area, and the building is quite old, but it works for what we do. We handle a lot of computer repairs, mostly fixing screens or cleaning out dust from inside the towers. People bring in laptops that won't start or ask us to build them something for gaming. The workbench is always covered in screws and tiny parts that I have to be careful not to lose. Rabindra Sarani is a fast-paced street, so there’s always something happening outside the window. We sell some parts too, like keyboards or mouse pads, which are stacked up on the shelves. It’s not a shiny retail store; it’s more of a place where things get fixed. I spend most of my day hunched over a desk with a magnifying glass. Sometimes the parts we need take a few days to arrive, so the shop gets filled with half-finished computers waiting for their turn. It’s a bit cramped with all the boxes, but we know where everything is. We don't use any fancy talk, just tell people what's wrong with their machine and how much it will cost to fix. It’s a steady rhythm of work in a busy part of town. We keep the tea kettle running and just work through the pile of broken electronics that people leave with us every morning. We just focus on the hardware.
