Computer Services is located at No 5/1B on Raja S C Mullick Road. Being on such a busy road means there is always a lot of noise from the buses and taxis outside. Our shop is quite small, mostly taken up by desks where we have different computers opened up for repair. We’ve been doing this for a long time, so we’ve seen just about every kind of hardware failure you can imagine. People drop off their PCs when they start making strange noises or get too slow to use. We spend our time blowing out dust, swapping out old hard drives, and trying to fix software glitches that frustrate people. It’s a very practical business. We don't have any fancy displays or a big sales pitch. We just look at the machine, tell you what’s wrong, and try to get it fixed. The shelves are full of random keyboards, power cords, and old mice that we’ve collected over the years. It gets a bit cramped when we have four or five towers sitting on the floor waiting for parts. We stay open pretty late so that people can come by after they finish their own jobs. It’s a lot of sitting under bright lights and looking at screens, but it’s what we know how to do. We don't pretend to be a big tech firm; we’re just a local service spot for the neighborhood.
