Job A-Z Placement Consultancy

Job A-Z is a small placement consultancy over in Behala, Kolkata. We are specifically located in the Pallysree area. If you know Behala, you know the traffic can be a total nightmare, but our little corner in Pallysree is a bit better once you get off the main road. The office is basically just a room where we meet with people who need jobs. We have a couple of computers and a lot of printed resumes lying around on every surface. It is a very local operation. We talk to people from the neighborhood and try to find them work in shops, offices, or factories nearby. We do not have a big HR team or anything like that. It is usually just one or two of us handling everything from answering the door to filing papers. People often just walk in to see if there is anything new on the board. We try to be helpful, even if we do not always have the perfect job right away. The office is simple, with no fancy decorations or anything. Just some posters on the wall and a water cooler in the corner. We have been helping people find work for a while now. It is not always easy, but it is what we do. Behala 60 is a busy place, and we are right in the thick of it. We just keep things running one day at a time, answering the phone and matching people with employers.
