Jibon Dhara Skill Private Limited is tucked away on CIT Road, specifically in the Scheme VIM area at P-104. This part of Kolkata, near the 700054 pincode, is always moving. If you’re coming from the main road, it’s not too hard to find us. We’ve set up our space here to focus on different skills training, and the rooms are basically just classrooms and small offices. It’s a functional place. We don’t have leather sofas or anything like that. Instead, we have rows of chairs and whiteboards that get a lot of use every day. The staff here are usually busy setting up for the next group or checking on the equipment. Sometimes the street noise from CIT Road drifts in, especially the sound of the buses, but we’re mostly focused on what’s happening inside our walls. The building itself is a standard Kolkata structure, nothing too flashy, which suits us just fine. We like the neighborhood because there are plenty of places to grab a quick snack or a cold drink during the lunch break. It feels like a real community here in this part of West Bengal. We have people coming in from all over. The office is often a bit cluttered with manuals and training kits, but that’s because there is always something going on. We just try to keep things organized enough so that everyone knows where they’re supposed to be. It's a humble setup, but it works for what we do every single day.
