Jensing Food Products Private Limited is located over at Panitanki Road in Bijoynagar. We are working out of a space that is care of Hari Singh. It’s a well-known spot in this part of town, right near the water tank that everyone uses as a landmark. The building is a simple structure with a bit of a yard in the front where we park the delivery van. It’s not a very big operation, but we have enough room to get our food products sorted and packed. Panitanki Road can get a little crowded during the market hours, but generally, it is a decent place to work. Inside, we have set up some long tables and the basic machinery we need. The walls are just plain plaster, and we have some calendars hanging up to keep track of the dates. We mostly hire people from the Bijoynagar area because it makes sense to have locals around. We start our day when the sun comes up and we usually finish up by the time the evening lamps are lit. There is a small porch where we sit for a few minutes when we need a break from the heat. We don't have any marketing people or a sales team; it is just us doing the actual work. We like the fact that people know where to find us if they have a question or need to pick something up. It is just a practical, local business that keeps us busy every day.
