You can find J.D.M Gears & Engineers Pvt Ltd over at 5/3, M.M Feeder Road in Ariadaha. It’s a decent area near the post office. We spend most of our time working on gears and different engineering projects that come our way. The workshop isn't anything fancy, just a solid old building where we get things done. We have a few machines that have been with us for years, and they still do the job just fine if you treat them right. M.M Feeder Road sees its fair share of traffic, but once you step inside our place, it’s all about the work. We aren't the type to sit in long meetings or use big corporate words to describe what we do. Most of the time, we’re just looking at blueprints or checking the measurements on a piece of steel with a caliper. It’s a small team here, so everyone knows what everyone else is doing. Ariadaha is a nice place to be based. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a bit over the years, but our daily routine stays pretty much the same. Sometimes we have a backlog of work that keeps us busy through the weekend, but we don't complain much. We don't make big promises, we just try to get the engineering right. If a gear isn't perfect, we fix it until it is. That’s just how we operate. It's a simple, honest way to run a business without any of the extra fluff.
